chip is a simple payment page operated by Sommniscient LLC for accepting payments and donations.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Sommniscient LLC never receives or stores your card details — Stripe handles all payment data directly.
All sales are final. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact matt@gleepot.com first — we're glad to sort it out directly.
Filing a bank/card dispute (chargeback) instead of contacting us first may result in a $20 non-refundable fee, to cover the dispute costs charged to us by our payment processor. By completing a payment, you authorize us to securely save your payment method with Stripe and use it to charge this fee if a dispute is filed. Contacting matt@gleepot.com is always faster and avoids this.
